Letter #8: Submitted 05-00-00

It has been about a year and a half since I began my website: www.tapping.org. The site has had more than 32,000 visitors worldwide. I have received many E-Mail responses to my site. Except for one, these responses have all been positive. I have learned through my site there are medical students and practicing physicians with delusional illnesses in the United States.

I have appealed to the World Psychiatric Association to investigate my case and end the U.S. Army's unethical abuses of psychiatry. My appeal is pending.

Also, I have written a screenplay entitled "Noise" which I hope will soon appear on Francis Ford Coppola's website: zoetrope.com. "Noise" is based on my experiences in the Army.

I appeal to my website viewers to continue to E-mail me with their opinions on my plight. Perhaps in this new millenium more people will join my crusade against unethical abuses of psychiatry by the U.S. government.
