Off the islands near Vancouver, British Columbia you can see many bald eagles. Sometimes a covey of crows will fly after and harass a lone eagle, but the crows never kill him. The eagle is king.

Catherine the Great, czarina of Russia, was one of the first heads of state to abuse psychiatry to intimidate and harass her enemies. During the Cold War many articles and several books appeared in the West about the political abuses of psychiatry practiced in the USSR. One Soviet general officer was hospitalized there for "paranoia," but later he was proven sane after he defected to the West. The USSR was for a time excluded from the World Psychiatric Association for its abuses.

When I wrote to the American Psychiatric Association complaining about about the U.S. Army abusing psychiatry, I received the following letter from Dr. Israel Zwerling addressed to Dr. Rosemary Reagan:
